Yes. You’ll leave your appointment understanding what’s going on, why, and exactly how we’ll address it — with a clear, realistic plan built around your goals.
-
Every treatment plan we create is holistic and personalised, built around your history, your assessment findings, and your goals. Depending on what you need, your plan may include footwear prescription and advice, strength and rehabilitation, gait retraining, manual therapy, dry needling, foot mobilisation therapy, and/or orthotic therapy. We take the time to understand your lifestyle and what you want to achieve, then work alongside you to build a plan that delivers the best possible outcome.
-
Both of our podiatrists are experienced senior practitioners with over 10 years of experience each. They’re like-minded in their approach — holistic, patient-centred, and committed to clear, evidence-based treatment plans. Both are trained in manual therapy techniques including dry needling and foot mobilisation therapy, and both have a special interest in sports, paediatrics and musculoskeletal podiatry. Whichever practitioner you see, you can feel confident you’re in great hands. If you’d like more information about booking with a particular podiatrist, please feel free to contact us.

About Our Care
-
Absolutely. We see children of all ages and have a special interest in paediatric podiatry — from growing pains and Sever’s disease to walking concerns and sports injuries. You can read more on our Children’s Podiatry page.
-
Many walking patterns are a normal part of development, but some benefit from early support. The best thing to do is book an assessment so we can tell you whether it’s something to simply monitor or treat. See our Children’s Podiatry page for more.
